3. Orders

When you place an order, you're making us an offer to buy — it isn't confirmed until we accept it and process your payment. Please double check your order before submitting, since we may not be able to make changes or cancel it once it's placed. If we can't accept, need to change, or have to cancel your order, we'll reach out using the contact details you gave us.

Purchases are for your own personal use, not for resale or export.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please check our Refund Policy for the full details on how this works.

Outside of a manufacturing defect (see below), we don't offer refunds or exchanges once the 7-day window has passed.

5. Warranty

We don't offer a general warranty on our products. The one exception: if an item arrives defective — meaning there's a manufacturing fault present when it reaches you — we'll make it right through a repair, replacement, or refund, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can sort it out quickly.

Prices, discounts, and promotions can change without notice. You'll pay the price shown at checkout, confirmed in your order email. Unless stated otherwise, prices don't include taxes, shipping, customs, or import charges — these may apply depending on where you are.

Prices on our website may differ from prices in a physical store or on other platforms. Promotions may come with their own terms, which take priority over these Terms if there's a conflict.

We work diligently to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it is in their care, and risk and responsibility for the shipment pass to you at that point. Should you experience any issues with your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us — we're glad to help however we can.
